Warlock Sleeve Tattoo

It's my friend Dae's birthday today! He asked me to design a tattoo for him, as a gift for his birthday. His keywords were 'tribal', 'warlock', and 'ritualistic'. I came up with this.

The top of the tattoo are the summoning circles that a warlock uses in World of Warcraft, and the glyphs under it are from a series of protective runes I found. They symbolize protection of the swamp (He lives in Florida), mind, and mimicry.

He jokingly told me while I was doing this to find something from the Necronomicon. Well, Dae, you got your wish. The next two sigils are the summoning circles for Cthullu from the Necronomicon. Underneath them it says, 'Protect' in my personal runic script.

The next one is Solomon's seal (I think). Whatever it is, its used for binding demons. After that are some more WoW-related summoning circle sigils.

Underneath those, are two Nordic rune sets for prosperity, good health, and surprise-surprise; Protection.

After that, fairly standard planetary/zodiac wheel.

Hopefully he'll like this enough to get it inked. <3
